1. About VisaAtlas

VisaAtlas is an independent platform that provides access to publicly available data about UK companies licensed to sponsor work visas, and analysis tools including sponsorship-fit and CV matching.

VisaAtlas is not affiliated with the UK Government, the Home Office, or GOV.UK.

2. No Guarantee of Employment or Sponsorship

VisaAtlas does not:

• guarantee job offers
• guarantee visa sponsorship
• provide immigration advice

All information and AI outputs are for general informational purposes only.

3. Data Accuracy

We aim to keep data accurate and up to date. However:

• Data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect
• Users should verify information independently
• AI-generated outputs can be imperfect and should be validated before decisions are made

4. CV Uploads and User Content

If you upload a CV or submit text into analysis features, you confirm that:

• you have the right to upload and process that content
• the content does not infringe rights or break the law
• you will not upload malicious files or prohibited content

You grant us permission to process submitted content as needed to provide the analysis service.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not:

• misuse the data
• attempt to scrape or copy large portions of the database
• use the service for unlawful purposes
• attempt to interfere with security, abuse APIs, or circumvent plan limits

6. Paid Features and Billing

If you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed securely by the applicable provider, including Apple for App Store subscriptions, Google for Google Play subscriptions, and Stripe for web subscriptions
• Access to premium features is granted for the subscription period
• App Store and Google Play subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store and can be managed in that store's subscription controls
• Deleting a VisaAtlas account does not automatically cancel billing through Apple or Google Play
• Web subscriptions may be cancelled through the VisaAtlas account billing tools
• Plan limits, pricing, and feature availability may change over time

7. Refund Policy

App Store and Google Play refund requests are handled by the applicable store under its policies. Other refund requests are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

VisaAtlas Data snapshots are business digital datasets delivered immediately and are normally non-refundable once access is granted. Defective delivery, duplicate payment and schema-conformity issues are handled under the VisaAtlas Data Licence & Usage Terms. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

VisaAtlas branding, site design, software, and compiled datasets are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where allowed by law, you may not reproduce or redistribute substantial parts without permission.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or material breach of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

VisaAtlas is not liable for:

• job outcomes
• visa outcomes
• decisions made based on the data
• losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated or user-provided inputs

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Privacy

How we collect and process personal data, including CV uploads and analysis data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
